I've been a fan of the Monkees ever since that day when I was 5 years old and sat down to watch the Saturday morning reruns with my older sisters. From there it was onto watching them every afternoon when they first went into syndication, and then hunkering down to watch the MTV Marathon back in 1986. Great tunes, classic comedy....what else could you want?

One of the highlights of my concert-going experience was attending the 1989 show in Los Angeles, when Michael Nesmith appeared with Micky, Davy, and Peter. I feel extremely lucky to have seen all four of the guys together again on stage, performing before a crowd that appreciated what they meant to us (and still do!).

I'm a graphic designer living in Hawthorne, a small community just southeast of L.A. Int'l Airport. The Beach Boys are from here, but I've never met any of them. :-( I live with my lovely wife and our three doggie daughters, trying to live by the Golden Rule and having as much fun as time and money will allow.
